Are you satisfied with the ebook sheets you find online? Often the online catalogs of publishing houses, but also those of bookstores, lack information on the books they sell. Some time ago I wrote a post on how I saw a perfect book sheet . From some comments received on a post on self-publishing I saw that readers are not satisfied with ebook cards. And neither do I, to tell the truth. What's missing from ebook tabs? I believe that they are not designed as presentation sheets for an ebook, but for a common book.
Let's not start again with the story that an ebook is a book, because that story is only partially true. An ebook is an electronic book that can be read with particular devices. Replicate the e-reader Phone Number Data experience If for a book it is necessary to reproduce the reader's experience in a bookshop, then I believe that for an ebook it is necessary to make the reader experience the experience of reading on the e-reader. Two different readings, two different stimuli. The ebook reader knows the media and formats and therefore needs to be informed in this sense. The ebook should represent an advanced type of reading, so even an ebook card must be more advanced than the common book card.
Substantial differences between book and ebook The simplicity of the paper book is disarming: we buy and read wherever we want. Point. The reader doesn't have to do anything else. He can lend the book to anyone he wants. He can give it away. But an ebook? An ebook no, not always at least. When filling out an ebook form, you should ask yourself some questions, which then respond to the requests and doubts of ebook readers: Will the reader be able to read the ebook on both the Kobo and Kindle? Can the reader give the ebook to someone as a gift? How many hypothetical pages does the ebook have? These are the first questions that came to mind for someone like me, a beginner in reading ebooks.
